Subscriptions

Subscriptions represent isolated workspaces within a tenant. They are used to group users, configure email sending, and define access roles.

Subscription Details​

1. Basic Info​

  • Name – Subscription name
  • Description – Optional description

2. User Management​

Each subscription has a list of users with assigned roles. A user can belong to one or more subscriptions but must have at least one role in each.

Available roles:

  • USER
  • VIEWER
  • MODELER
  • ADMIN
  • API

Multiple roles can be assigned per user.

3. Email Configuration​

These settings define how emails are sent from the application for this subscription:

  • Host (SMTP server)
  • Port
  • Email
  • Password

4. Email Template​

A customizable HTML template used for planning process notifications. Includes:

  • Code editor for editing HTML
  • Live preview of the rendered email
